1. Online Price and Transactions
The price of all the products and services that we render is in pounds, with the cost of labour and part, and VAT included. Online purchase or the booking an appointment to use our services does not put you in any contractual obligations with us; it represents an offer from you to buy and/or use the products and services we provide.
We are well within our rights to postpone or cancel the order, even after providing an order confirmation to you, if we are unable to fulfil that order. This may occur if the purchased product is out of stock or the information about the purchased product/service is found to be incorrect.
In such cases, we will contact you and offer an equivalent product or reschedule the cancelled appointment. If we fail to find an agreement, you may cancel the order and claim a full refund. We are only liable to refund the customer for the cancelled order.
2. Incorrect Order
We are not liable for any damages caused by your order of tyres with incorrect dimensions from our website. It is your responsibility to ensure that the tyres meet your vehicle specifications. The standard procedure for returns/refunds will be followed in such cases.
3. Returns / Refunds
We shall not accept returns nor provide refunds for OEM components that have already been fitted to your vehicle. If a fitted component is found defective, it will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment. If confirmed faulty, we shall refund the cost of the replacement component in full.
4. Missing Appointments
You must bring your vehicle to our garage on time as per the scheduled appointment. Delays may result in cancellation and rescheduling.
If your vehicle is booked for servicing, it must be at our garage by 09:00 am. If you cancel without adequate notice, we reserve the right to withhold 100% of the MOT cost and 50% of the servicing cost.
5. Cancellations and Reschedules
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment subject to availability. You must inform us at least 2 days before the appointment date.
If repair work has commenced, a small cancellation fee may apply. Online order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.
6. Estimates
Estimates provided after inspection are valid for 14 days. They include labour, materials, and spare parts.
Additional faults discovered during repairs may incur extra costs, which will only proceed with your consent.
7. Copyright
All material present on our site is copyrighted to us. Unauthorised commercial use is strictly prohibited. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
8. Conduct
Submitting your vehicle for servicing/repairs consents us to road-test the vehicle. Please remove all valuables beforehand, as we are not liable for their loss.
Any verbal recommendations from our staff are followed at your own risk unless confirmed in writing.
9. Parts
If you wish to inspect replaced components, you must notify us in advance. Otherwise, replaced parts will be disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations.
10. Payment
We accept payment via cash, debit card, credit card, or other valid bank cards. Payment for online purchases must be completed at checkout.
Failure to complete payment may result in a general lien on your vehicle. If unpaid for 3 months, we reserve the right to sell the vehicle to recover costs.
11. Guarantee Claims
OEM components, including tyres, are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee. A valid invoice must be provided for any claim.

These terms are enforceable only between you and us. No third party has enforcement rights.
